These terms govern your use of pokerarranged.com and the travel-planning assistance offered under the PokerArranged name.
Travel-planning service
PokerArranged provides independent trip-planning assistance and may help identify or coordinate hotels, transportation, activities and other travel services. PokerArranged is not affiliated with a poker tournament, casino or gaming operator unless a specific relationship is clearly disclosed.
Fees and compensation
Standard trip planning is currently offered without a planning fee. PokerArranged may receive commissions or referral compensation from selected providers or booking partners. If a request requires a separate fee, it will be disclosed and agreed before work begins.
Third-party bookings
Hotels, airlines, venues, transportation companies and other suppliers provide their services under their own prices, availability, rules and terms. You normally contract with and pay those providers directly. PokerArranged does not control a provider's performance, changes, cancellations or refunds.
Pricing and availability
Travel prices and availability can change until a provider confirms the booking. Quotes and recommendations are not guarantees of availability. Review the provider's final price and terms before completing a purchase.
Poker and gambling
PokerArranged does not operate games, accept wagers, handle bankroll funds or process tournament buy-ins. You are responsible for confirming eligibility, age requirements and applicable laws, and for making your own decisions about gambling. No poker result or financial outcome is promised.
Changes and cancellations
Cancellation, change and refund rights are determined by the applicable provider's terms. PokerArranged may assist with coordination but cannot override those rules.

We work to keep information accurate and useful, but destinations, venues, schedules and provider terms can change. Website content is general information and should be verified before relying on it for a booking or travel decision.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, PokerArranged is not responsible for losses caused by third-party providers, travel disruption, schedule changes, unavailable games or events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
