Keep the middle days open for the games or events that matter most, with one agreed meal rather than a full schedule of reservations. On departure day, allow time for packing and the airport journey instead of relying on a session ending at a particular hour. This is a planning framework, not a fixed playing schedule.

Traveling with friends or non-playing companions?

Agree which activities are shared and which are optional before the trip. Players should be able to stay at a table without delaying everyone else's evening.
